1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale define the conditions under which products are sold by the seller to the customer via the website www.luxalie.com. They govern all the steps necessary for placing and tracking the order.

The products offered are those listed on the website, subject to availability.

3. Price
The prices shown are in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (TTC), excluding delivery charges.
The seller reserves the right to change prices at any time. However, the product will be billed based on the price in effect at the time the order is validated.

4. Order
All orders constitute acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products available for sale. The order is confirmed by email once payment has been received. The seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of a dispute with the customer or non-payment.

5. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering. It can be made via the secure payment methods offered on the website (credit card, PayPal, etc.).

6. Delivery
Deliveries are made to the address provided when placing the order. Delivery times

7. Right of withdrawal

8. Warranty and Claims

In the event of a defective or non-conforming product, the customer must send a claim to Arilume.shop@gmail.com, attaching a photo and the order reference.

The seller cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from misuse of the purchased product.

All elements of the site (texts, images, visuals, logo, etc.) are the exclusive property of ARILUME LTD, unless otherwise stated. Any reproduction is strictly prohibited.
